At GeekCore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GeekCore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
